Pet Policy
Viridian Loft Apartments is a pet-friendly community. Bring your dogs and cats to [rc_business_name] and show them how smart you are in selecting your new home!!
- Weight Limit: There is a 100 pound weight limit.
- Pet Deposit: There is a pet deposit of $500 for dogs and $350 for cats.
- Monthly Pet Fee: A $50 monthly for dogs and $35 for cats.
- Prohibited breeds are: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-dog Hybrids, German Shepard, Doberman Pinscher, St. Bernard, Dalmatian, Mastiff, Rhodesian Ridgeback and Chao Chao.
- The pets must be registered, licensed and immunized in accordance with local laws and requirements, and you must provide proof of these items.
